Now more than ever we need to take care of ourselves & our mental health. Please use this calendar for support with mindfulness activities.
Here are some examples of the work Year 4 have done during Children's mental Health Week 2021 where we focused on our feelings, expressing ourselves and sensory art:
Year 4 enjoying Wellbeing Wednesday's in school and at home. We have practised some yoga, mindfulness, meditation and looking into our feelings:
World Mental Health Day
Today we supported the Hello Yellow Young Minds campaign as part of World Mental Health Day. We talked about the different ways we can take care of our own mental health, activities that improve our mood and where we can seek support when we might be feeling sad or worried.
We raised £140 across school for this important charity. Thank you for your kind donations.
