Miss Riley and the EYFS Team
Nursery class have been showing off their colour knowledge and sorting skills in mathematics!
Pupils have had a wonderful start to the year! Nursery class love to sing nursery rhymes and have been super at enhancing their phase 1 phonics skills. We can't wait to see all of the progress pupils will make.
Helpful information to support your child at school:
Please ensure all your child's clothing is labelled
Please ensure your child has a small bag of spare clothes in case of toilet accidents and messy activities.
Please ensure your child has a pair of wellies in school for rainy days and all weather activities.
We encourage your child to bring a book bag to school, little hands often have lots to carry! (These can be purchased at the school office)
Adults collecting your child
If your child is being collected by someone different or someone who is not known to staff please inform us or contact the school office. This is particularly important over the first half term as we get to know you and your family.
Can we please ask that your child does not bring toys into school. Lost or broken toys can often cause upset. We have an abundance of toys and activities to keep them busy through the day!
Children will be provided with a snack of milk/water and a piece of fruit each day. It is not necessary to send in any additional snack for your child.
Please ensure your child brings a water bottle each day that is clearly labelled with their name.
